Saving the scan's report
Hi there, I have a question about saving the scan report. For example, when I ran a Bitdefender system scan, it identified 24 issues that needed to be fixed. It was advised that I manually delete the files or emails, but I was short on time and wanted a copy of the report so that I could deal with them later. Is it correct…

Password protected uninstall
I just uninstalled an instance of Total Security with a settings password set in, and I realized it allowed me to go ahead without even using the password. There is no use in having a password for Bitdefender if anyone can just uninstall Bitdefender (That takes like two minutes) without using such password.

Recursive Tasks List - Recent Change
Hey guys, Recently the Tasks list has changed so you have to select a company for GravityZone. This is a little bit tedious when trying to monitor several companies tasks that are running. I want to see if we can have a recursive options similar to Threat Explorer. I think that would help in the Quarantine sections as…

Fix the restore functionality for quarantined files
Hi, I'm currently using the trial version of Total Security, and while I like many aspects of the software, the program's inability to restore quarantined files to certain directories like "C:\Program Files" is very annoying. I never experienced something like this in other AV products. Thankfully, using Windows 10's…

Show IP address of new devices detected
I frequently see messages such as “Your new device contained no vulnerabilities” when I have not added any new devices. Including details (such as the IP address) would help users identify which is the new device in question and determine whether any further action is needed

Bitdefender For Cpanel
Hello, It would be nice if in the near future Bitdefender could secure infrastructures and web servers like Cpanel, one of the largest web administration panels in the world. Please let the developer know. :) Thanks.

Disable notifications of blocked port scans from, or whitelist, specific sources
Background: On my network I have a Unifi UDM Pro which on regular intervals port scans all devices on the network to see if a port is open somewhere that shouldn't be. On computers protected by Bitdefender this causes a notification of blocked port scan to pop up. For computer-savvy persons this popup is just annoying and…

Anti Theft feature concern - No way to turn feature off?
I just bought a 2 year subscription to Bitdefender, and I wish I knew about this ant theft wipe feature before I had made my purchase. I have combed over several topics on this discussion forum and have been disappointed to see there is apparently no way to turn off the Anti Theft wipe feature? How is it THIS easy to wipe…

Improvements to bitdefender anti theft feature
I would like to request some improvements to the bitdefender anti theft feature: 1. Before an action is taken on a device using anti theft, the user's password should be requested to confirm the user's action. This will reduce the chance of a user accidentally wiping their own device or a malicious third party…

Dealbreaker shortcomings/missing features BitDefender Premium;Family
Hello, I am trialling Bit Defender Premium Security/looking to migrate from the same solution by Kaspersky. 2 things are giving me pause and will likely keep me from becoming a BitDefender customer: 1) Kaspersky allows me to create additional accounts for family members under my licence so that they have their own…

Pause Protection

Local Risk Scan plus notifications
It would be nice to be able to run a local risk scan instead of needing to create a task from Gravity Zone. This would save a lot of time when updating computers. The local event log should also show when a risk scan has been performed.

Improve the description of one of the settings in AntiSpam Toolbar for Mozilla Thunderbird
There really needs to be a better description for this option. What is "In-the-cloud detection" ? Is the option there for scanning emails for spam in the Bitdefender cloud? If that is so, why is there the option for "Ask every time" for it?

Informative Notifications and Alerts
Hi, As a long time satisfied BD user, I would like the pop up notifications to be a bit more informative with regards to whats going on. For example there have been times when I have opened unknown files and Bitdefender informs me Disinfection in progress. At that moment I'm like what's going on? It would be nice if…

Any way to have Search Advisor only show "bad" things (and not the green checks)
I tried to ask this under a more-appropriate heading, but it wouldn't let me select it, so I'm asking under "General"... Anyway -- I don't like all the green checkmarks on web pages, I'd prefer to only be alerted if there is a potentially "bad" link. Right now, I have to disable "Search Advisor" completely in order to…

Would like a warning if a new Website is added to my Chrome Push Notification list
Recently I started receiving suspicious Chrome push notifications. They came daily and were warning me that something bad would happen to my phone and gave me a link to click on to fix it. Since the website was tapplant.ru (which is Russia), and the messages sounded fishy I didn't click on it. I checked my Chrome push…

Settings save and load
I'm in the process of moving off a certain Russian AV product for obvious reasons. As I go through setting up BD on all my family computers, I'm finding a number of operations awkward. But there's one thing that multiplies the annoyance: I have to individually configure the settings on each computer, over and over. So my…

Firewall rules: specify executable by path
I have a set of programs I'd like to prevent from accessing the network. These all sit under a common parent directory. I'd like to be able to say, essentially, "apply this rule to any application coming from this path (or any of its subdirectories)". For example, setting "C:\MyUntrustedApps\" would affect the behavior of,…

Firewall rules: filter by rule settings
Simple suggestion: let me filter the firewall rules to show only the rules that specify "deny access", or specify a specific protocol or port, etc. Really, it's primarily seeing those listed as "deny access" that I'm most interested in, but it seems the idea could be applied productively to all of those settings.
