I recently purchased a bitdefender subscription. When I run the scan it gets stuck after scanning 38 apps out of 90 apps. Will it finish or there is a problem or bug with my version of bitdefender. Please help

I purchased a VPN subscription yesterday for my Mac. It doesnt seem to be working. I have done a check and my VPN is shown as local. The subscriptiion is shown as active. I have a black and white icon on my browser. The system shows Bitdefender VPN as disconnected.

Some of the financial institutions where I have accounts don't allow any other 2FA method than email or SMS text. But I could delete one. I get spam calls on the phone, so I know my phone number is public. On the email account I use for banking, so far no spam emails, although that could happen in the future.
