Computer missing in central
I have installed bitdefender on 3 computers. Two for me one for my wife, only my two computers show up in central. Help! They are all on the internet, my two run High Sierra, my wife's Yosemite.

I just get a window displaying the following with a refresh button that just redisplays the same error. wouldn't bother me but one of the laptops needs to access my renewal of the licence. "Oops! Made a mistake responding to Bitdefender Central
I renewed my Bitdefender Family pack and when I went into Central I clicked on adding rather than extending my existing subscription. Now I have devices listed on the original subscription that expires next month. Is there a way to correct my mistake? I meant to extend coverage for the devices already subscribed.
