I have Bitdefender total security until August 2025. My devices are telling me web protection is turned off. When I try to turn it on it asked me to pay for it. It is also saying I need to upgrade. I'm confused. I thought BD Total Security covered web protection.

I paid a year's subscription and was entitled to protection for three devices.
I paid BidDefender for Bitdefender Antivirus Plus subscription for 12 MONTHS. and have yet to receive an activation code.
