Premium Subscription upgrade
I already had Total Security and upgraded to premium security and was charged £59.99 on 14 jan 2025. Was also charged a renewal for my total security of £74.99 on 23 jan 2025. Could I upgrade further to Ultimate security and refund me any difference. Thanks

retailer activation key rigid?
I get the activation key from online retailer but after active it for about 3 moth it get revoke somehow? How can I check if the key I get is rigid or not. There is not e-mail contract from bitdefender when it revoke.

I have Bitdefender total security until August 2025. My devices are telling me web protection is turned off. When I try to turn it on it asked me to pay for it. It is also saying I need to upgrade. I'm confused. I thought BD Total Security covered web protection.
