hello, yesterday i renewed my subscription which had 27 days left on the old one, the days left normally are added on but this time that didnt happen so i lost 27 days. why did this happen very dissapointed, thank you Shane

Why does Bit Central show only two devices protected and not all five? The others say "at risk". Which is correct Bit Central or the software on the device that says it is protected?
