for requesting a refund within 30 days, ive start 2 tickets and no reply at all for 20 days
bitdefender offers 30 days refund for renewal, and i requested it aug 13th, i have not gotten any reply at all so that i started another ticket at aug 25 its already 12 days now and still havent gotten any reply. are they trying to wait untill i pass the 30 days limited and deny my refund? anyone has the same issue?
