Upgraded To Premium Security, But Still Says Total Security Installed On 2 Win Devices. Any Help?
Hi all. I just upgraded to Premium and installed it on two machines (Windows 10&11). They both say I have Total Security still installed. I removed the devices from My Subscriptions for the Total and uninstalled it from the machines first. How do I force it to install Premium? Thanks.
